+ Is SIZERIGHT accurate?
SIZERIGHT uses state of the art computer vision technology to measure your feet to the hundredth of an inch. SIZERIGHT measurements are generally more precise and easier to use than a ruler, tape measure, or brannock device.

Rubbing alcohol can be used to clean and disinfect your ExoSOLS.
+ Is my warranty still valid?
Both ExoSOLS and SOLSRx are covered under a one year warranty from date of receipt.
Footwear products bearing the “SOLS” label are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials. If a product defect occurs as the result of normal use within twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, SOLS will replace the product. Limit one replacement pair per customer. If a product defect occurs as the result of normal use twelve (12) months or more after purchase, SOLS may, in its sole discretion, issue a fair and reasonable credit that can be applied to the purchase of SOLS footwear. Product failures caused by excessive or abusive wear conditions do not qualify for exchange or purchase credit. Wear and fit issues, except as a result of a production issue, are not considered to be manufacturer’s defects and are not covered. Weather and water damage are also not covered. This warranty is available only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. No adjustment or replacement will be given without the original receipt of purchase. For this warranty to accrue, you must return your SOLS product by contacting us.
